SHIPPING & RETURN POLICIES
At the moment orders on the website can only be shipped within Canada.
Shipping is provided by Canada Post and rates and delivery time are determined by discounted Canada Post Expedited rates based on package size, weight, and shipping address. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed prior to shipping. Depending on the shipping address location please allow 3-7 business days for delivery from the date your order is shipped. Shipping includes a tracking number as well as insurance. FREE Local Pick Up
Do you live in Ottawa, Ontario? Select Local Pick-Up in the checkout process to skip the shipping fee! Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and delivered to our pick-up location, the lovely Anabia Cupcake Cafe. We will contact you by phone or email once your order is ready for pick-up. Orders will remain at the Café for one week before returning to the Meeple & Sheep Head Office. If you expect a delay in picking up your order or would like us to place a hold on delivering the order to Anabia, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 705-943-5768.

Mondays to Wednesdays from 8 am to 8 pm
Thursdays to Saturdays from 8 am to 10 pm
Sundays from 9 am to 5 pm
Unless otherwise specified, items purchased can be returned and refunded within 60 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Items must be in the exact same condition as it was sold, including the plastic wrap if applicable. A store credit with no expiry date will then be issued by email to the customer 2-3 business days after we receive the returned item.
How to return non-defective products
If you would like to return an item please email us at email@example.com with “Return Request” as your subject line and include your contact information as well as the reason for the return and a copy of your proof of purchase. If your request meets the return criteria, we will then issue you a Return Authorization number that must be included in your return package. Please then return items along with a proof of purchase, your return authorization number and your preferred email address to the following address:

Customers are responsible to pay for the return fee and only the game will be refunded, not the shipping cost that was originally paid by the customer. Since you are responsible for the return shipment we strongly recommend that you include a tracking number and insurance.
We will refund any mistakes done by Meeple & Sheep without any additional charge to the customer. However, Meeple & Sheep is not responsible for any mistakes on the customer’s part, such as an incorrect shipping address, so please double check that all your shipping information is accurate.
Backorders can be refunded any time.
Damaged Box, Components and Missing Parts
If any components inside the box are damaged or missing, customer is required to contact the publisher of the game for replacements.
If the box and/or components were damaged during shipping, the customer is responsible to take a photo of the damaged box and/or components and email the photo along with a description of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org with “Shipping Damage” in the Subject Line, within 2 business days after receiving the damaged product. Please do not return damaged products until you receive further instructions. Once we receive your claim we will then reply to your email indicating the following steps. Based on the situation we might send you a return label for a free return shipping and you might be requested to ship back the damaged product with all of its components to Meeple & Sheep prior to receiving your store credit for the cost of the game and the original shipping. Please allow approximately 7-14 business days for claims for damaged goods during shipping to be processed.
Backordered products are charged at the time the order is placed. When placing an order containing products that are both in stock and backordered, the whole order will be placed on hold until all games from the order is available for shipping. You will receive an email regarding this hold when the order was initially placed with an option to split the order into two shipments to receive the games in stock sooner.
