Our planet has run out of resources, and we are forced to move. We have discovered a series of planets and sent our rovers to test their environment with the hope of colonization. Our rovers have confirmed 1-6 viable colonization options.

Planet Unknown is a competitive game for 1-6 players in which players attempt to develop the best planet. Each round, each player places one polyomino-shaped, dual-resource tile on their planet. Each resource represents the infrastructure needed to support life on the planet. Every tile placement is important to cover your planet efficiently and also to build up your planet’s engine. After placing the tile, players do two actions associated with the two infrastructure types on the tile. Some tile placements trigger “meteors” that make all planets harder to develop and prevent them from scoring points in the meteor’s row and column.

The journey continues in the magical world of Middle-earth in The Two Towers: Trick-Taking Game, a narrative-driven co-operative card game that lets players take on the roles of heroes and villains in Tolkien’s legendary work, The Two Towers. This standalone game follows 2025’s The Fellowship of the Ring: Trick-Taking Game with chapters 19-36 of gameplay. The chapters can be played in any order and playing the earlier game isn’t required, but ideally you play them in sequence.

In each chapter, each player takes a different character role and each character has a condition that must be met in order to pass the chapter and advance in the story. As you advance through the chapters, new characters, items, and challenges are introduced to the game. The One Ring is the game’s only trump card, but initially rings can’t be led until someone plays one off-suit.

In the two-player game, one hand of cards is dealt to a dummy player, with some cards being face up and others face down. This dummy is assigned a character, and one of the human players will play cards for it based on which cards are free to be played.

In the solitaire game, one player plays four hands of face-up cards, with each hand being assigned a character and only a few cards being available at a time. After you play a trick, deal each hand a new car

Twisted Paths is the final major addition to the world of Arnak. Its highlight is a new double-sided map, bigger than the one in the base game, that features two new research tracks, each with unique mechanisms and components.

On the map, you can choose to explore its daytime side and scale the white stone of the Owl Temple. It uses unique new temple tiles that, if combined together, can become extra idol slots, and a third research token, a lantern, that brings even stronger research rewards. You can also brave the night and journey through the dark caverns of the Spider Temple. This side uses a new resource, dark tablets, used to invoke mysterious altars and place artifacts directly onto the research track to be used when ascending the track. But beware—using the dark tablets can give you strong rewards, but also cost you points should you become too ambitious!

In addition to the two new maps, the expansion also contains new guardians, sites, and assistants. It also brings some solo content—Rival tiles for the new maps, as well as Purple Rival tiles and Rival Objectives, two mini expansions we’ve previously released online as print-and-play.+

The most common rule set in games sold commercially as Mancala is for this game of Kalah. Mancala is actually a whole family of games. Kalah was invented in 1940 by an American, William Champion Jr.. He started selling the game in 1944, patented the rules in the 1950’s, and founded the Kalah Game Co. in 1958.

The game is played on a board of two rows, each consisting of six round pits. The rows have a large store at either end called the Kalah. A player owns the six pits closest to them and the Kalah on their right side.

The game is started with four (4) seeds in each pit. A player takes all the seeds from one of their pits, and then they are distributed one by one, counterclockwise, in the pits and the player’s own Kalah, but not into the opponent’s store (Kalah). If the last seed is dropped into an opponent’s pit or a non-empty pit of the player, the move ends without anything being captured. If the last seed falls into the player’s Kalah, they must move again. If the last seed is put into an empty pit owned by the player, they capture all contents of the opposite pit together with the capturing piece and puts them in their Kalah. If the opposite pit is empty, nothing is captured. A capture ends the move.

The game ends when one player no longer has any seeds in any of their holes. The remaining pieces are captured by their adversary. The player who has captured the most pieces is declared the winner.

Vantage is an open-world, co-operative, non-campaign adventure game that features an entire planet to explore, with players communicating while scattered across the world. With nearly eight hundred interconnected locations on four hundred cards and over nine hundred other discoverable cards, the world is your sandbox.

You begin each game of Vantage on an intergalactic vessel heading towards an uncharted planet. After crashing far from your companions, you have complete freedom as to how you explore, discover, and interact with the planet. You view your location from a first-person perspective, and you can communicate with and support other players, but you are separated by vast distances, so only you can see your current location.

In addition to a mission victory, a destiny victory, or an epic victory (completing both the mission and a destiny), you may define success in Vantage through anything you pursue and achieve.

Vantage is not a campaign game. Each game is a standalone experience; you bring to future sessions only what you’ve learned about the world. It is completely self-contained with no expansions — just a few accessories like metal coins.

Crokinole is a traditional two- or four-player dexterity game, played on a circular wooden board, with 3 rings and an inner recessed ‘bullseye’. A ring of posts is set around the inner circle, which functions as an obstacle to reach this area. Playing pieces are wooden circular disks similar to checkers pieces. Players take turns shooting disks across the board by flicking them with their fingers in an effort to land them in the highest scoring ring on the board, the highest score (20 points) achieved by shooting a disk into the centre, recessed hole. From the outside in, rings are worth 5, 10, 15 points.

As a traditional game, there are often many variations played, but the following method is based on the National Crokinole Association’s rules which also govern the World Crokinole Championship.

Each disk to be shot must be placed on the outer boundary and within the shooting player’s quadrant. If there are no opponent’s disks on the board, the shot disk must land in the inner ring or it is removed. If there is an opponent’s disk on the board, the shot disk must hit an opponent’s piece, either directly, or by bumping another disk into it. Disks landing in the centre hole are removed and scored at the end of the round. Disks that lie outside–or are touching–the outer boundary after each shot are removed from play for the round.

The player to score the most points wins the round and scores 2 points, and if a tie, each player scores 1 point. A “game” is usually played to four rounds. The number of “games” in a match is set by the tournament.

Alternatively, play is to a set score, usually the first player or team to 100, and each round is scored by cancellation. For example if Player One scores 250, and Player Two scores 225, then Player One will add 25 to his/her game score.

This version also includes Backgammon, Checkers and Tic-Tac-Toe!

The game mechanics remain unchanged: You pick up two (beautifully illustrated, btw.) cards or play a card into your moorscape. Players compete in gathering the most valuable trees, shrubs and terrain cards – to attract species, thus creating an ecological balanced habitat for flora and fauna.

A new type of card comes into play with terrains: this provides variety of terrain cards (unlike trees and shrubs) are played horizontally.

Forest Shuffle: Dartmoor offers several alterations:

• a new type of card comes into play with terrains: this provides variety
• terrain cards (unlike trees and shrubs) are played horizontally. They clearly serve as a livelihood or feeding ground for a different kind of species than trees or shrubs.
• new species with very own abilities and bonus actions
• caves come with assymetrical starting conditions and are drafted at the beginning
• reduction to 6 (instead of 8) tree symbols to enable bonuses more easily
